House Bill 2310—A Bill to amend and reenact §17A-10-3a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Division of Motor Vehicles to create an antique fleet plate program for owners with five or more antique motor vehicles; specifying requirements and validity period of registration; specifying annual registration fee and fee for temporary digital registration card; and authorizing convenience fee for electronic submission of applications.
